If you find yourself in this situation, kindly reach out to us at service@flookee.com within a week of receiving your order with photographs of the product in question.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, to assist you in choosing the correct size, we provide sizing charts for all items in the product description section of our store. In the rare event that an item is mislabeled, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the mislabeled product, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
