Shipping policy

Our standard processing time for orders is 3-7 business days before shipping. After processing, shipping times may vary based on your location. Please see the estimated shipping times below:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

We work with a print-on-demand company with facilities located worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can most efficiently fulfill it based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees that are assessed by your local customs office.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check your shipping confirmation email for accuracy of your delivery address, and check with your local post office or neighbors to see if they may have received your package. If you still haven't received your package, please contact us at service@flookee.com with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us at service@flookee.com.

We strive to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within one week of receiving your order at service@flookee.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and any other relevant details. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
